William did an excellent job. He had to work in three different sections of the home to install bathroom hardware. William's can do attitude was excellent and he made sure at each location to leave the area clean including the removal of the replaced hardware. I have used Rick Solid Plumbing for two jobs thus far. Each came with a different technician. And I have had the same consistent excellent service and value both times! I will be recommending Rock Solid to those in my network who need their list of services. Thanks!

The last time Alex and another plumber was at my house little over one year ago. They put in a pipe line and unclog my shower and toilets. I had lots of plumbing companies in my home and I must say Rock Solid was the best!! They were great and very educated. I am having issues now with my toilets, shower and tub backing up I called Rock Solid Plumbing and Will and Dillon were Awesome!! they got the job done and were very professional! I would recommend Rock solid plumbing to anyone that has plumbing issues! Rock solid plumbing will get the job done!!

Great company, we got the notice the plumber was on his way. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgable. Got our waterline fixed and turned back on in about an hour. Definitely recommend them in the future

Rock Solid had some out the day I called. Diagnosed the problem and handled everything with the home owners warranty. We had to wait 1 day for the order to come in from the home warranty company. They actually came out on Saturday and installed the new hot water heater. Both, Alex and William were early for the scheduled appointments. Nicole at the office was excellent as well. I will use them again if needed and would recommend them. Their name is fitting for the service we received.

Can’t wait to get my water filtration faucet, so it matches my faucet. And not to mention my window seal it’s so beautiful. I now have a deep sink . It just brings my kitchen to a whole new look. Thank you. We are so pleased with the new addition. William cleaned up the jumbled mess we had under the sink and made it look very clean. Oscar did a wonderful job of putting countertops in. I really appreciate the job they did with the new countertops, window seal, and my cutting board that matches my countertops. It turned out better than I thought it would, with everything they had to deal with in this old house. Mary was such a great help. She always kept me informed on scheduling, dates and time. We are very happy with the job. Only one part didn’t make it in in time to do install, but it should be in soon. William and Dillion came this morning and put in my other new water-filter system faucet. And it looks amazing. I’m truly impressed by how well it works and how knowledgeable they are. They listened to my concerns. Very professional and understanding. Thank you Rick Solid Plumbing.
